We work closely with Nottingham City Council to coordinate admissions to Springfield Academy. If you want your child to come to this academy then you should still apply via the City Council using their online form or by asking them for a paper form for you to complete. Springfield has a nursery for 26 children from aged 3 and then one class in each year group up to year 6 (children aged 11 years).
