We believe that good attendance at school has a direct impact on progress and achievement. We expect all children to attend school regularly and on time in order to maximise their learning as well as their social and emotional development.
Our target is 96% attendance for everyone. Please help us to achieve this by making sure your child comes to school regularly and gets here in plenty of time to start the day and not miss out on any of the fun activities we always have going on.
If your child is ill then please ring the school office and let us know before 9am. It is our policy to telephone home if any child is not in school and we haven't been given a reason for absence. This is done to ensure that all our children are safe and that no one has gone astray from leaving home to arriving at school. It also helps to avoid food being prepared for your child, wasted.
