SUMMER DATES FOR PARENTS
Summer dates
Dear parents/carers,
We’ve got a very exciting summer term coming up! Please find below some key dates for your diaries. More information will be shared about the events nearer the time.

Friday 28th June |
Parents will be informed about classes for next year. |

Tuesday 2nd July and Wednesday 3rd July |
Year 6 transition days. Year 6 children will need to make their own way to and from their new secondary schools on these days. |

Wednesday 3rd July |
Transition day for the whole school. Children will arrive and go to their current classes. After the register, they will be spending the rest of the day in their new classes with their new class teacher. |

Tuesday 9th July |
Year 6 parents will receive a letter home about their child’s SATs results. |

Wednesday 10th July |
Trip to Twycross Zoo - letters to follow with details |

Friday 12th July |
INSET Day – school is closed for children. |
|
Monday 15th July |
Reports will be coming home with children. |

Monday 15th July |
Our 10 Days of Summer begins! Over the next two weeks in school, the children will be enjoying lots of activities to celebrate summer! |

Tuesday 16th July |
Trip to Twycross Zoo - letters to follow with details |

Thursday 18th July |
Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 school trip day (more details to be shared nearer the time). |

Thursday 18th – Friday 19th July |
Year 6 sleepover in school followed by a trip on Friday morning. |
